A virtual, easy-to-use mental health service, offering multilingual support for students 24/7 to help deal with school, health, or other concerns.

At Anderson, we care about you and your wellbeing. We have partnered with GuardMe Student Support Program to provide our students with a free Mental Wellness Student Support Program (SSP). GuardMe Student Support Program (GMSSP) offers real-time support conveniently available 24/7 via the app, telephone and web.

Completely Free Service

GuardMe Student Support Program (GMSSP) is a free service provided by an advisor over the phone or online in your time of need.

Service Provided in Your Language

You will have access to a counsellor who speaks your language, understands your experience and your unique needs.

Chat or Phone Support

For those who are unable to download the app, GuardMe Student Support Program (GMSSP) is also accessible with a direct phone call to 1-844-451-9700.

Fully Secure and Confidential

The service is completely confidential within the limits of the law, so no one will ever know you used the program.

Licensed Counsellors

Counsellors are Masters level experts experienced in supporting domestic and international students.

It takes just a few minutes to get started!

  1. Download the TELUS Health Student Support App from either the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Complete your personal profile and select the language you would like the app to work in.
  3. Enable important app notifications regarding new in-app content, as well as new support offerings.
