Anderson College of Health, Business and Technology ("Anderson College", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector of Quebec ("Law 25").

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, postal code) that you voluntarily provide through our enquiry, campus-tour, and Request Information forms.
  • Programs of interest that you save to your shortlist, along with browsing context that helps us connect you with the right admissions advisor.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL, captured automatically by our servers for security and analytics.

2. How we use cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — session tokens required to keep the website functional. These do not require consent.
  • Functional — remembers your shortlisted programs for up to 30 days so you can resume your research across visits.
  • Marketing / analytics — we may capture campaign identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid, UTM parameters) so we can attribute leads and improve our advertising. You can opt out of advertising cookies at any time by emailing privacy@andersoncollege.com.

3. How we share your information

Enquiry data is forwarded to our student information partner (CampusLogin) so that an admissions advisor can follow up with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@andersoncollege.com.

5. Data retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with educational-institution record-keeping obligations. Your shortlist cookie automatically expires after 30 days of inactivity.
