Congratulations to all our graduates! Find answers below to help you and your guests prepare for convocation day.

Class of 2026

Ceremony Dates, Times & Locations

Doors open 2 hours before the ceremony begins. Graduates are encouraged to arrive as soon as doors open, while guests should plan to arrive 60–90 minutes later, when they will be directed to the seating area.
At the registration desk, graduates will receive a name card. This card is essential, as it will be handed to the person on stage who announces your name when you cross. Please do not lose it.
Once you have your name card, proceed to the gowning area. Gowns are worn over regular clothing.
There is no secure storage at the venue. Please leave personal belongings with your guests or locked in your car.
After gowning, you can enjoy photos with family and friends or record 360-degree videos before lining up.

30–60 minutes before the ceremony, find your instructor and classmates in the marshalling area.
Graduates must line up in single file, tassel on the right.
When the procession begins, follow directly behind the person in front of you, leaving no gaps.
Upon entering the theatre, continue walking until you find the next available seat. If a row fills, move to the next row and sit at the far end. Please do not “save” seats.

The ceremony lasts about 90 minutes to 2 hours and includes speeches from College leaders and the Conferring of the Scrolls.
Graduates and guests must remain seated until the ceremony concludes. Mobile devices should be set to silent or turned off.

When it is time to receive your scroll, event staff will direct your row.
Bring your name card to the stage and hand it to the MC. Your name will be read aloud as you cross.
You will walk across the stage, pause to receive your scroll, then return to your seat.
After everyone has crossed, graduates will be instructed to move their tassel from the right to the left.

Graduates remain in their places until event staff directs each row to leave. Once dismissed row by row, graduates and guests can gather in the reception area for photos and celebration.
Graduates must return their gown to event staff before leaving the venue. Photos in regalia are only allowed before and after the ceremony.
