Returning to school was a pivotal decision for me, driven by a desire to deepen my impact in healthcare. Transitioning from a PSW to a Medical Laboratory Technician at Anderson College allowed me to engage more directly in the diagnostic process, ensuring that doctors have accurate results to diagnose patients correctly. This career shift has been transformative, providing a more hands-on approach to helping people.

His commitment to our growth, including extra sessions for quizzes and tests, made a significant difference. Mrs. Karla’s practical advice, especially for left-handed students like me, made challenging tasks more approachable.

My family, particularly my mother and brother, played a crucial role in my journey. My mother’s encouragement during stressful times, especially before exams, kept me focused and determined. My brother, having completed the same program, guided me towards certifications like MLPAO and CSMLS, emphasizing their importance for career advancement.
