Joining the PSW Program Gave Her More Confidence

Joining the PSW Program Gave Her More Confidence

It all started with a visit to Anderson. Read Stella’s journey, written in her own words.

My name is Stella and my experience at Anderson College was one of the best ever. The memories and moments shared with my classmates and teachers cannot be replaced. I got the chance to grow and become a better version of myself with the love and support from my classmates. We always loved to work together in teams, and it was always fun.

“They gave me the opportunity to build the courage and confidence to speak and capture the audience’s attention while keeping them engaged.”

I also got to learn about new cultures and taste varieties of food from my Filipino classmates and friends. I will miss my darling Teacher. She was the best Teacher ever and she taught me everything I needed to know. The staff at Anderson College were friendly and very cooperative.

I will also miss the beautiful Student Services Representative who looked out for me. She was very professional and loved to help whenever she could. She was very supportive and ensured that the students got the proper education they needed. I had great moments giving presentations and these experiences were really fun and interesting. They gave me the opportunity to build the courage and confidence to speak and capture the audience’s (my classmates’) attention, while keeping them engaged.

“Everything I needed to know about being a good Personal Support Worker, I learned from Anderson College.”

The practical session was really fun because I got to put theory into practice, and it felt amazing. Everything I needed to know about being a good Personal Support Worker I learned from Anderson College. I am proud to say that I am one of their graduates and I am looking forward to a great and fulfilling career. Thank you.
