
Joining your program information session has never been easier thanks to Microsoft Teams. Here is our step-by-step instruction on how to join our virtual open house.
STEP 1
When you receive your invitation to the program information session, click on the link provided in the email. The link will take you to the page below. Select the option “Join on the web instead”.

STEP 2
Once clicked, you will be asked to let Microsoft Teams use your webcam and microphone. Click on “Yes” to continue.

STEP 3
Before joining the meeting, you can choose your video settings. You can choose to hide/deactivate your webcam or mute your microphone. We recommend that your mute your microphone before joining the room. Then, enter your name and click on “Join now”

STEP 4
You will then see the screen below, where you will wait for us to let you in the meeting room. Once you are in, you will be able to interact with the other members of the room.
