In celebration of our convocation 2023, and the opportunity for us to finally be together and celebrate in person after three years, we asked our graduates to share their Anderson College experience.

Ever since I was a kid, my parents strongly emphasized that putting education at the very forefront of every decision is the perfect way to escape from poverty. Indeed true, a higher level of education typically provides better job security, and more opportunities, which will change your lifestyle.

Education and careers in this time are changing. There are innovations such as online learning that make schooling, and career advancement more accessible than ever. These options make fitting education into busy work and home-life schedules more manageable. Luckily, all these shifts are at the forefront of what Anderson College offers. I always intended to pursue my education abroad because of the broader perspectives it brings in terms of global recognition, so when I learned about this opportunity at Anderson College, I immediately enrolled without a doubt.

My journey at Anderson College began on January 31, 2022. I studied in the Personal Support Worker (PSW) program, which is also related to my educational background in my home country – nursing. I chose Anderson College as it provides an excellent level of education, prepares students in the real working environment, and they have exceptionally friendly staff and instructors, thus attracting thousands of enthusiasts every year to be part of its culturally diverse environment.

The programs offered are unique and have targeted the needed jobs in the market. It has become the ideal destination for international students like me because of its affordable tuition fees, yet the quality is superb, in sharp contrast with other learning institutions.

It is a humbling experience, yet rewarding at the same time, that I acquire my education, causing a deep concern for me to push through to my potential and land the perfect job.
