It all started with a visit to Anderson. Read Jennylyn’s journey, written in her own words.
I truly am grateful for the opportunity to attend Anderson College. The time and effort I spent for almost a year was amazing. I am thankful to all my instructors for their patience and encouragement. I appreciate the experiences shared with my classmates and they became my family.
“It’s okay to lose your way but always remember why you started. And, you will get so much more than you hope for because you have worked hard and sacrificed a lot.”
My advice to future students is to invest in the things that truly matter in life, the intangibles. It’s okay to lose your way but always remember why you started — You want to graduate, get a job, a partner or a place to eat and sleep. And, you will get so much more than you hope for because you have worked hard and sacrificed a lot. You kept your feet on the ground, and you kept investing in what matters.
Lastly, value the people who are genuinely happy when they see you happy; the people who tell you that your journey matters and truly believe it. Value the people who celebrate you, know your worth and never let you forget it.
Thank you, Anderson College, for this grateful journey.
